Fry up a western scramble of eggs, ham, onions, peppers, and jack cheese in this 10-inch nonstick fry pan. Gordon Ramsay, the captious but celebrated chef and television personality, designed the pan as part of his new cookware line for Royal Doulton. Like the Scottish-born chef, the pan excels under heat and resists dents over years of hard use.
The fry pan features a durable three-layer construction. The brushed 18/10 stainless-steel exterior combats corrosion, while the heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution for searing or frying tasks. To prevent food from sticking, the pan provides a nonstick, DuPont Teflon cooking surface. The chef transports the pan to and fro with a hollow, stainless-steel handle, which is double riveted for extra security. A hanging hole is installed at the handle's end. Dishwasher-safe, the pan also accommodates oven use, safely sustaining temperatures up to 500 degrees F. The fry pan stacks together with other pieces from Ramsay's cookware line for neat storage, and it comes in a protective polishing bag. A manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty covers this item. The pan measures 18 by 10 by 1-3/4 inches and weighs 4 pounds upon shipping. --Jessica Reuling

This pan has perfect manners in every way. Even heat, durable, and an outstanding non-stick coating.

I just purchased the 10" version to replace a 20 year old pan. It's really terrific. Well balanced, heats quickly and evenly. Holds heat (means some adjustment in cooking for me). Plus, it's just pleasing to look at.
Great value.

Large pans like this one need to be on large burners to keep their balance. They heat very evenly (no hot spot) they keep warm even after off the burner, so carryover cooking must be kept in mind, giving you the chance to finish other dishes while the one on this pan keep cooking in the pan alone. Excellent product, I own other pans by Gordon and they are all excellent. I cook pretty much every day. Clean them right after use and they will last for ever. Very comfortable to sue handles. The best thing about them when it comes to money is that they are a high quality product for half the price of All-Clad brand, and they are built in the same way (high quality alluminum sandwiched between 18/10 stainless steel)

The handle is so heavy/long on this skillet that it tilts the entire thing towards it and results in an uneven surface and heating on the pan.
