Amazon.com ReviewTreat the family to an exotic Asian-style meal or whip up a colorful veggie side dish with this handy 9-1/2-inch stir-fry pan. A member of Keilen's China Village series, the heavyweight vessel is made of black carbon steel for quick, even heating and superior temperature retention. The wide bowl shape maximizes space to give all food equal surface time, so chefs have optimal control to perfectly soften garlic and thoroughly cook meat. For easy food release and cleanup, the pan also features a durable Xylan nonstick coating. The flat-bottomed pan sits securely on any range, including induction styles, and offers a stay-cool riveted stick handle for a cool, comfortable grip. A metal end ring allows for hanging on a pot rack nearby-a nice convenience since this pan is likely to stay in high rotation. --Kara Karll

"don't buy it" 2010-07-09
By juanjuan
don't buy it because it's chinese style, only worth 1 dollar in china. the coating won't last for one week under best care. It's difficult to buy a good and inexpensive chinese pan in US. best to buy one next time when I come back to china, or I would rather buy an expensive one.

"Did not last even 10 days" 2010-03-30
By Manisha Mohan (CA,USA)
I bought this stir fry pan from Amazon and it's coating did not even last for 10 days. After 4-5th cookings it started coming off. It is cheap product with no real value. I would rather now but expensive and have it for years. I took more care than what is mentioned on the label but still.....

It works and is easily cleaned with its special non-stick coating both on the inside and outside.
