The pan's tri-layer design of stainless steel and aluminum reflects the Scottish-born chef's tenacity and determination. The fry pan features a three-layer construction. For a durable, yet attractive veneer, the pan's exterior employs a brushed 18/10 stainless steel. Beneath the exterior, a heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution for searing or frying. An 18/10 stainless-steel interior, the final layer, provides a nonporous cooking surface that cleans easily.
